Tropical Storm Hermine made landfall on the Texas Gulf Coast early Tuesday morning creating large amounts of rainfall across the state of Texas. In the Houston area we received around 3 inches of rain. Strong rainfall cause by training bands of storms often create roof leaks that would otherwise go unnoticed.
